21CCLC (21st Century Community Learning Center) – New York State 21st Century Community Learning Center offers academic services to local high school students in the Bronx.  Students can use an online credit recovery system to make up course credits that they previously did not pass in school.  These students have access to Fordham University undergraduates who assist the students in their academic work and provide college awareness and mentoring.  The program also offers field trips, specialized activities, and workshops for relatives of the participants.

TIIPD (Technology Integration into Professional Development) – Technology Infusion into Instruction Professional Development is a Federal Title IID grant that works with 6 charter schools in Brooklyn, Manhattan and the Bronx that provides models of instruction for teachers to incorporate technology in order to enhance student learning.  The initial stage focused on students creating multimedia projects on environmental issues encompassing all subject areas where other students across each school are able to comment on the projects using Web 2.0 tools.

LTG (Learning Technology Grant) – New York State Learning Technology Grants focus on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) concepts exploring the ideas of composting and gardening to New York City public and non-public school students.  Teachers are shown how handheld data collection devices and video cameras can be used by their students to investigate actively the scientific world around them.

Verizon Leadership Program - Funded by Verizon, this program identifies students in the 21st Century Community Learning Center for mentoring opportunities with Fordham University undergraduates. The mentors work closely with these high school students to support their academic achievement (through homework help and assistance in school projects), provide insights into university life (through regular visits to the Fordham campus, dinner in the cafeteria, participation in university academics, cultural and sporting events), and to support the students as they learn about professional life.
